The ChArGED project and the gamification research (that is conducted to motivate employees in public buildings to conserve energy during work hours) was presented in the GamiFIN 2017 Conference held in Pori, Finland on May 9th-10th 2017.

The paper entitled "Waste No More: Gamification for Energy Efficient Behaviour at the Workplace" examines the potential to engage the employees through state of art gamification mechanics and dynamics, utilizing information from the everyday interactions of employees with energy consuming devices.
